New York City is the most diverse and among the busiest cities in the world. Famous for its hustle -bustle and friendly environment,  the city is the large merchandising centre in

the world. It is a home to about 8 million people approximately, of which 67% of the population comprises of the non-white residents and remaining 43% consists of the foreigners and oversee immigrants. 


The city has the largest number of the Judaistic communities. The New York city is usually very diverse and glorious and is simply the epitome of the metropolitan distinctiveness and uniqueness. The culture of the new york is a regalia of the city’s ample exuberance. 

The New York city also endure shaping weighty venture in its ingenious bionomics which portrays the cultural life depending upon the contradictory mingled educational academy and personage. The city’s limited glorifying allocations go in the control of the small organisations. The first cultural plan was developed and was put in motion in 2017. 




 New York is the origin of the visionary multinational  or global corp in fashion, art, design, placards as   the city is also known as    the capital of finance and       law in the United States. Approximately  25% of  America's top fashion designers are New York-based
There is a huge expansion in the fashion industry in the past few years. The city’s suburbs have played a crucial role in various forms and genres which includes Yiddish theatre, pop art and punk rock in the east village, hip-hop and graffiti in the regions of  the Bronx, the jazz and the progression of the Broadway theatre community which is now galvanised by the new cultural diversity of hip-hop rap musical hometown. 



There is an increase of approximately 40-42% of tourism in the year 2015. The international tourism has increased more precisely representing 1/5th of all the visitors. The cultural diversity has been increased due to an increase in the tourism merchandise of New York.  




 Basically known  as the land of skyscrapers, the city has the fourth tallest building called One Trade Centre   which later replaced the Twin Towers after their destruction.   High Line park, closer to the ground is created on grand Gray   railway line which is currently attracting 5 million tourists per year.     


  According to the rental point of view, there is a tremendous   increase in the rents in the outer areas of MANHATTAN which   were at the old times are cheaper and affordable. By 2012, New   Yorkers were considered as ‘rent burdened’. Due to the crunch,   the Mayor has committed affordable living and working area for   the virtuoso at the low market rates.

Climatic factors also play a major role in the fluctuation of the cultural diversity. In the year 2012, the hurricane sandy caused flooding which results in the long-winded termination of the Statue Of Liberty and some areas of Ellis Island

A flood protection system which became a huge new public area with the avenues of the High Line. The construction or renovation began on the eastern side in 2017. New York is among the world’s prominent cities of the world.
